Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 frozen hash browns
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes
- 125g mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Thaw the hash browns and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Wash the beefsteak tomatoes and remove the stems. Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the hash browns, season with salt and pepper, and top with mozzarella slices. Bake in the oven at 150°C (300°F) for 10 to 15 minutes. Finely chop the basil and sprinkle over the hash browns.
