Egg salad with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 60 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 shallot(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tsp capers, small, drained
  • 2 tsp dill, finely chopped
  • Pepper, black from the mill
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Quarter the peeled eggs, then roughly chop them. Cut the salmon into thin strips and mix with the eggs. Stir in the shallots, capers, dill, and pepper. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients and carefully mix it into the salad. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
