Horseradish pointed cabbage a la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pointed cabbage, cut into fine strips
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 lemon(s), zest
  • ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk(s) horseradish, freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, coarse
  • Tarragon, chopped
  • some chicken stock
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. sugar
  • e.g. nutmeg, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Sauté the pointed cabbage strips in butter with salt, sugar, nutmeg, and a little chicken stock. Season with lemon zest, parsley, tarragon, horseradish, and coarse mustard just before serving.
