Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pointed cabbage, cut into fine strips
- 50 g butter
- 2 lemon(s), zest
- ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 stalk(s) horseradish, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, coarse
- Tarragon, chopped
- some chicken stock
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. sugar
- e.g. nutmeg, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Sauté the pointed cabbage strips in butter with salt, sugar, nutmeg, and a little chicken stock. Season with lemon zest, parsley, tarragon, horseradish, and coarse mustard just before serving.
