Trim the savoy cabbage, wash thoroughly, and remove the stalk. Then cut it into thin strips. Sauté the finely diced onion in the butter until translucent, add the diced ham, and fry lightly. Add the savoy cabbage and mix. Stir in the sour cream. Let it simmer over low heat until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. This is a quick and delicious dish and goes well with meatballs. Tip: You can also simply garnish the savoy cabbage with two sliced ​​sausages. Serve with boiled potatoes for an inexpensive and delicious meal.
