Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g shrimp(s), frozen
- 6 stalk(s) asparagus, fresh and as thick as possible
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 shot of white wine, not too dry
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Peel the asparagus and cut into slices approximately 3 mm thick. Clean the shrimp and sear them in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and chili (or a fresh chili pepper if you like it spicy). Add vanilla to taste, then add the asparagus and sear briefly. Deglaze with wine and serve. Serve with baguette.
