Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 stalk(s) asparagus, green
- 5 shrimp(s)
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 pinch of organic lemon zest
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some vegetable cream or butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Trim the ends of the asparagus, but do not peel them! Cut the asparagus into approximately 5 cm long pieces and blanch for 4-5 minutes. Heat the vegetable cream or butter in a pan. Rub the shrimp with salt, pepper, and lemon zest and add to the hot oil. Add the garlic and cooked asparagus and fry briefly. Season the butter with lemon juice, adding more seasoning if desired. Drain the spaghetti and heat briefly in the pan.
