Arugula salad with Serrano ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g arugula
  • 5 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • 50 g ham (Serrano ham), thin slices
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy

Wash the arugula and iceberg lettuce thoroughly and drain well, or dry with a salad spinner. Chop them finely and place them in a salad bowl. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and dice them. Dice the mozzarella (you can also use mini mozzarella balls). Add both to the salad. Chop the Serrano ham and mix it into the salad. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mix everything well. Season with salt and pepper. This goes well with fresh baguette, for example.
