Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g poultry sausage
- 300 g Edam cheese
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 1 jar mixed pickles, approx. 190 g
- 2 apples
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 bag of ready-made mix (Salatfix)
- 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- some lemon juice
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cut the bologna into medium-sized cubes. Cut the Edam cheese into sticks. Peel the cucumber and cut into cubes. Remove the cucumbers, carrots, peppers, and shallots from the mixed pickles and drain well. Reserve the rest for something else. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Wash and trim the spring onions and slice them into rings. Place all ingredients in a bowl. For the marinade, wash and finely chop the chives. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Prepare the salad dressing according to the instructions and mix with mustard and lemon juice. Add the chives and garlic and season with pepper. Pour the marinade over the salad and mix everything well. Let the salad marinate.
