Simple Cream of Asparagus Soup

ingredient list
- 350 g Fresh asparagus
- 200 ml Cream
- 250 ml Broth (beef or vegetable broth)
- 2 e Creme fraiche Cheese
- Nutmeg
- Pepper
- Salt
preparation
- Peel the asparagus, cut into pieces and add to the broth. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the cream and creme fraich and puree. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Tip: A pinch of cayenne pepper gives the soup a special touch.
