Colorful Egg Salad

The perfect colorful egg salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 12 Hard boiled eggs
  • 2 Poultry sausage with garlic
  • 2 Big onion
  • 4 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Glass Gherkins
  • 6 tbsp Pickled cucumber stock
  • 4 tbsp Parsley chopped, fresh
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 0,5 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 8 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Chives fresh

Colorful egg salad

  1. Finely dice the meat sausage
  2. Finely chop the onions and garlic. Garlic less or more at will.
  3. Finely dice the cronichons.
  4. Finely chop the fresh parsley and chives.
  5. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
  6. Add the spices, the cucumber stock and mayo and mix everything well.
  7. Decorate a little with herbs and chill for at least 2 hours.
  8. Bon appetit!
