Colorful Egg Salad
The perfect colorful egg salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 12 Hard boiled eggs
- 2 Poultry sausage with garlic
- 2 Big onion
- 4 Clove of garlic
- 1 Glass Gherkins
- 6 tbsp Pickled cucumber stock
- 4 tbsp Parsley chopped, fresh
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 0,5 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 8 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Chives fresh
Colorful egg salad
- Finely dice the meat sausage
- Finely chop the onions and garlic. Garlic less or more at will.
- Finely dice the cronichons.
- Finely chop the fresh parsley and chives.
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
- Add the spices, the cucumber stock and mayo and mix everything well.
- Decorate a little with herbs and chill for at least 2 hours.
