Party pizza rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 36 servings:

  • 3 packs of rolls (bake-up rolls), 6 pack
  • 200g salami
  • 200 g ham or Lyoner
  • 400 g cheese, in a block, or grated
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • a little salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

Cut the rolls open and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut the sausage and cheese into small cubes. Mix everything with the cream and tomatoes in a bowl. Season to taste. Spread the topping on the rolls with a tablespoon and bake in the oven at 200-220°C for 10-12 minutes. Tips: – Cheap sausage is usually already seasoned enough. However, you can add more herbs. – For parties, simply buy an extra can of tomatoes. Add an onion and season with vegetable stock. You can then offer a few vegetarian rolls, as the roll-to-topping ratio never works out at first. – Of course, you can vary the recipe with peppers, mushrooms, etc. For a party, however, I recommend sticking with this exact recipe. It keeps work and costs to a minimum, and this is the only way to ensure that every guest really enjoys it.
