Buckwheat pancakes with onion beans

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cup(s) buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup lupin flour
  • Vegetable broth or water as needed
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 1 pack of green beans, frozen
  • some savory, dried
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the flour in a bowl and stir into the liquid to form a batter. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes, then fry it in a pan with coconut oil on both sides. Sauté the onion and garlic in a little butter, add the beans and toss well for a few moments. Season with salt, pepper, and savory, and pour over the buckwheat pancakes.
