Hawaiian pizza made from quark and oil dough with salami

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil
  • 400 g pizza sauce
  • 150 g pineapple pieces
  • 3 large slices of cooked ham
  • 4 large slices of salami
  • 200 g pizza cheese
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • some oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 33 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 3 minutes

Combine the milk and oil in a bowl, add the low-fat curd cheese, and mix until a light and fluffy dough forms. Then slowly stir in the flour until the dough is easy to knead. Knead the dough and then roll it out flat with a rolling pin. Pre-bake the base in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 8 minutes. Pour the tomato sauce into a container, season with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste, and stir. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough and arrange the salami, cooked ham, and pineapple on top. Finally, sprinkle with cheese. Bake the pizza in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 20-25 minutes.
