Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g mushrooms, brown or white
  • Salt
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp cream, whipped stiffly
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp parsley, flat-leaf, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Sauté the mushrooms in salted water with lemon juice and oil until soft. Remove, let cool, slice, and place in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup, fold in the whipped cream, season with pepper and parsley, pour over the salad, and mix.
