Fruit pizza

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 100 g cream, in my case: coconut yogurt
  • 25 g sugar, in my case: xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla, ground
  • 200 g fruit, e.g. blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
  • basil
  • Beet syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the sugar and vanilla with the cream (coconut yogurt) and spread it on the pizza. Sprinkle some of the berries (I used blueberries and raspberries) on top. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven on the lowest rack for about 20 minutes until crispy. Slice the strawberries into a fan shape and arrange them on the finished pizza. Before serving, garnish the pizza with basil, if desired, and drizzle with sugar beet syrup.
