Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cheese, halloumi (grilled cheese)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp spice mix (Baharat)
- 4 leaves spinach, large

Cut the halloumi into thin strips. Mix the olive oil with the baharat and marinate the halloumi for at least 1 hour. Meanwhile, blanch the spinach leaves for a minute and dry them on kitchen paper. Brown the cheese on all sides in the marinating oil, wrap it in the spinach leaves, and serve.
