Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 large oyster mushrooms
- 2 eggs, size M
- 2 tbsp, heaped flour
- 2 tbsp, heaped breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp, heaped Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp, heaped sour cream butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Beat the eggs. Mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan cheese. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line the roasting pan with parchment paper. Coat the mushrooms first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Spread them on the parchment paper and sprinkle a little butter on each mushroom. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Tip: Serve with remoulade sauce.
