Asparagus and Potato Pan
The perfect asparagus and potato pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 900 g Potatoes
- Salt pepper
- 2 Small red onion in rings
- 800 g Cleaned white or green asparagus
- Oil
- 4 tbsp Core mix
- 90 g Ham in strips
- 4 tsp Grated Parmesan cheese
- Boil the potatoes in salted water. Pre-cook the asparagus in water with a pinch of salt for about 5 minutes, then drain. Peel the potatoes, halve or quarter lengthways. Fry briefly in hot oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and asparagus, lightly salt and pepper. Continue frying for about 6 minutes, stirring as you go. Add the ham and fry. Garnish with seeds and Parmesan.
