Corn – sausage – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 100 g cheese, Gouda
  • 2 small onions
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the bologna and Gouda into small cubes. Peel the onion and finely dice it. Wash and trim the peppers and tomatoes, and dice them as well. Thinly slice the gherkin. Mix everything together with the drained corn kernels in a bowl. Make a marinade from the remaining ingredients and add it to the bowl. Stir everything together, and the salad is ready.
