Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g sausage (beer sausage or meat sausage)
  • 200 g cheese (e.g. butter cheese or Emmental)
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • ½ cup tomato ketchup
  • some vinegar
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For dinner with fresh baguette or for the party buffet

Cut the sausage, cheese, and peppers into thin strips and mix with the corn kernels. Mix the vinegar and oil into a marinade, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and pour over the salad. Finally, add the ketchup and mix everything well. The salad can be left to marinate for a few hours, which will make it taste even better.
