Spicy Sheep Cheese Cream

The perfect spicy sheep cheese cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 gr Sheep cheese
  • 250 gr Cream cheese herbs
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Ajvar spicy
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt
  1. Crumble the sheep cheese in a bowl. Add the cream cheese and olive oil and mash into a paste with a fork. Squeeze the garlic. Add all other ingredients, mix well and season with the spices. Be careful with the salt, the sheep’s cheese is usually already salty.
  2. If you prefer the paste to be very fine, you can puree it briefly with a hand blender. But we prefer it when it is a little “coarser” … And depending on your taste, you can make it more liquid with more olive oil.
