Spicy Sheep Cheese Cream
The perfect spicy sheep cheese cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 gr Sheep cheese
- 250 gr Cream cheese herbs
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Ajvar spicy
- 1 tsp Tomato paste
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- Cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt
- Crumble the sheep cheese in a bowl. Add the cream cheese and olive oil and mash into a paste with a fork. Squeeze the garlic. Add all other ingredients, mix well and season with the spices. Be careful with the salt, the sheep’s cheese is usually already salty.
- If you prefer the paste to be very fine, you can puree it briefly with a hand blender. But we prefer it when it is a little “coarser” … And depending on your taste, you can make it more liquid with more olive oil.
