Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- e.g. margarine or sunflower oil
- 125 g minced beef
- Salt and pepper, white
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Paprika powder, hot
- 125 g leek, cleaned or frozen
- 200 g tomatoes, chopped, from the can
- 50 ml vegetable stock, maybe a little more
- 1 tsp, strained mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
- cumin
- 1 corner(s) of processed cheese, approx. 32 g
- possibly stock powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel and dice the onion, and slice the leek into rings. Heat margarine or oil in a saucepan, add the onion, and fry until translucent. Add the ground beef to the pan and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the leek, stir, and fry briefly. Pour in the tomatoes and stock, stir in, then add the mustard, tomato paste, spices, and cream cheese. Stir the meat mixture thoroughly and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste and adjust seasoning if desired. Serve with pasta, dumplings, mashed potatoes, potato dumplings, or gnocchi.
