Emergency recipe or use of leftovers, low in calories

Sauté the minced meat in a little olive oil. Add the potato slices, season with salt, pepper, and marjoram, and cook over low heat with the lid closed for about 10 minutes. Add the bell pepper strips. Mix the egg with the quark, season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Add a little water if necessary. When the potato slices are cooked, spread the egg and quark mixture over them and sprinkle with grated cheese. Let the whole thing melt briefly with the lid closed. P.S. You can also sauté the minced meat in a little water in a non-stick pan; this saves calories.
