Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g zucchini
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame, black
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • some salt and pepper
  • 400 g carrot(s)
  • 400 g pointed cabbage
  • optional spice(s) of your choice
  • herbs of your choice
  • possibly chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the minced meat in a hot pan. Finely chop the garlic and add it. Deglaze with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and mix well. If you like it saltier, you can lightly salt the minced meat beforehand. The soy sauce already has enough salt. Then add the sesame seeds and fry briefly. Roughly grate or chop the zucchini, carrots, and pointed cabbage. Add the vegetables to the pan with the minced meat. Thoroughly mix the vegetables into the meat sauce and simmer briefly until the desired tenderness is reached. Add more soy and teriyaki sauce if desired. Top with sesame seeds, fresh herbs, chili, and other spices of your choice, if desired.
