Leek and ham croissant

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 croissant(s)
  • ½ stalk(s) leek, (small)
  • some butter
  • Salt
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • 50 g ham (salmon ham)
  • nutmeg
  • pepper
  • 80 g Camembert(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Halve the croissant. Trim the leek and slice it into thin rings. Sauté in butter, season with salt, and deglaze with white wine. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated. Cut the ham into thin strips and mix with the leek. Season with a pinch of nutmeg and pepper. Spread the mixture on the croissants. Remove the rind from the Camembert and arrange it on top. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 5 minutes.
