Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 slice(s) of bread, preferably brown or rye bread
- 2 small slices of Chester cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tomato(s)
- some fat for frying
- n. B. spice(s), e.g. scrambled egg seasoning
- salt and pepper
- Parsley

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
perfect for breakfast
Dice the tomato, leaving out the soft center if desired. Whisk the eggs and season. Toast the bread in a sufficient amount of cooking fat on both sides over high heat for about 3-5 minutes. Place the cheese on the bread and let it melt with the lid closed. Remove the bread from the pan. Add a little more cooking fat and prepare the scrambled eggs. Arrange the scrambled eggs first, then the tomato on the bread. Garnish the bread with parsley, salt, and pepper, if desired. This bread is very filling and a great change from the classic breakfast. It can, of course, be modified with other vegetables or with additional meat.
