Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg beans, green
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 red bell peppers
- 150 g olives
- 100 ml oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- marjoram
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onion, finely dice the bell pepper, and trim the beans. Sauté the onion and bell pepper in 50 ml of oil, add the beans, cover, and simmer over moderate heat. When the beans are half cooked, add the remaining oil, olives, and quartered tomatoes. Just before the end, season with salt, pepper, and marjoram.
