Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 150 ml cream
  • 50 g vanilla sugar, homemade
  • 100 g raisins (rum raisins)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whisk together whole milk, cream, and vanilla sugar and place in the ice cream maker for half an hour. Then add the rum-infused raisins and continue churning in the ice cream maker for about 20 minutes. After adding the raisins, the mixture will initially become a little more liquid again, due to the alcohol contained in the raisins. So simply continue churning in the machine until you reach the desired consistency.
