Dice the turkey and sear in a large non-stick pan. Meanwhile, cook the white cabbage – stalk and outer leaves removed – in a large pot of boiling water until slightly soft. Juice 2 oranges and slice 3 spring onions. Remove the turkey from the pan, dice the white cabbage, and add to the pan. Sauté briefly in the frying fat, then add the orange juice, pulp, and cream. Season with vegetable stock and dried thyme. Reduce the sauce slightly, thickening with a little flour if necessary. Cook the mie noodles in hot water according to the package instructions. Either mix together as a stir-fry or serve separately on a plate.
