Pangasius fillet in white wine cream sauce with basmati wild rice

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g fish fillet(s) (Pangasius)
  • 130 g Basmati wild rice mix
  • 1 cup of cream
  • white wine
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the pangasius fillet, season with salt, coat in flour, and fry in a little oil. Dice the onions, sauté, and deglaze with cream and white wine. Simmer for one minute. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
