Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g cod fillet(s)
  • 125 g diced ham
  • 250 ml cream, Cremefine or similar
  • 3 tsp, heaped mustard, hot
  • 1 tbsp, heaped butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 200 g rice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

easy and fast

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the ham cubes. Meanwhile, cut the cod fillet into pieces and add them to the ham cubes. When the fish is cooked, stir in the mustard, parsley, and chives, then stir in the cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the package instructions. You can add it directly to the fish pan if you like.
