Strawberry Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 4 bars of chocolate (yogurt bars)
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Puree the washed and hulled strawberries and mix in the powdered sugar. Whisk the egg yolks and whip the cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Mix the cream into the egg yolks, then add the strawberry puree and milk. Mix in the ice cream maker for about 15 minutes. Then stir in the chopped chocolate bars and chocolate sprinkles. Continue mixing for about 5 minutes.
