Strawberries dipped in vanilla ice cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 750 g strawberries
  • 200 g cake icing, chocolate
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 6 scoops of ice cream, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the strawberries, leaving the blossom ends intact. Drain the strawberries. Warm the chocolate coating in hot water, open the package, stir the coating, and pour it into a bowl. Dip the strawberries about halfway into the chocolate, then place them on a wire rack to dry. Sift powdered sugar onto a plate and arrange the strawberries on top. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
