Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs, fresh
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 dl Grand Marnier
  • 2 dl cream, whipped stiffly
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

A quick recipe that all guests will enjoy!

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, add the Grand Marnier, and mix well again. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the mixture. Pour into suitable bowls and immediately freeze for at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder over the mixture using a tea strainer. Then, using a teaspoon, make a hazelnut-sized hole in the center of the cream and fill it with Grand Marnier. Serve immediately.
