Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g chestnut(s) (puree), sweetened, from the jar or can
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 100 ml whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients together, except for the whipped cream. Then whip the cream and gently fold it in. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
