Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp almonds, grated
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
First, peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise. Place it on a microwave-safe plate and brush it with honey. Then microwave it for about 1 minute at 800 watts. Sprinkle with cinnamon, powdered sugar, and almonds. You can, of course, use the oven instead of the microwave. You can omit the almonds or powdered sugar.
