Latte Macchiato Porridge

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 serving of freshly brewed espresso
  • 150 ml whole milk, 3.8% fat
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 35 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some sugar, optional
  • 5 tbsp whole milk yogurt
  • n. B. cinnamon sugar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

my own creation

Pour the fresh espresso, milk, and banana into a glass microwave container. Blend the banana with a hand blender. Add the oats and salt and stir. Microwave for 1 minute at 600 watts. Stir once and heat again for 1 minute at 600 watts. Be careful, it will start to simmer in the last few seconds. Remove from the microwave and sweeten with sugar or something similar, if desired. Let it swell slightly. If it’s too thick, add a little milk. Pour the porridge into a latte macchiato glass; any other glass will work too. Drizzle with whole-milk yogurt, like a foam, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to taste.
