Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of pizza dough from the refrigerated section
- 200 g crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- some milk or cream
- 150 g raw ham, diced
- 5 stalk(s) asparagus, depending on size
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 230°C. Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper, stir in the milk or cream until smooth, and spread it on the dough. Sprinkle the ham cubes (store-bought ones are even faster). Bake for about 20 minutes, depending on your oven.
