Buckwheat pancakes, a French recipe from a postcard
Pour the flour into a bowl and make a well, then add the egg and salt. Stir the batter with a mixer while gradually adding the water. Let the batter rise slightly (about 10 minutes). Cook the pancakes in oil or butter. Serve with butter, gourmet ham, cheese, or sweetened with a topping. About 500 kcal per serving.
