simple, quick and delicious

Prepare the mie noodles according to the package instructions. This usually means: bring water to a boil, remove the pot from the heat, add the noodles and stir with a fork after 5 minutes. In the meantime, chop the vegetables: the bell pepper into bite-sized strips, the spring onions into small rolls and the sausage into small pieces. Heat the oil and fry the sausage until browned, then remove from the pan. Add all the vegetables to the pan and fry briefly. Then add a little water, maybe 20 ml, so that the vegetables cook rather than fry. In the meantime, add the soy sauce and seasonings. When the water has evaporated, add the noodles in half and fry until cooked through. Season the noodles more if desired. Then fold the sausage back in. If you like, you can sprinkle with chopped parsley. The recipe is very quick to prepare and my fussy children all love it. It can be varied as desired, e.g. E.g. with carrot strips or egg etc. It tastes good with Asian sweet and sour sauce.
