Puff pastry with goat cheese, bacon, rosemary and honey

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
  • 3 onions, red
  • 300 g cheese (goat)
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • rosemary
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 225°C. Thaw the puff pastry on baking sheets and divide it in half to create squares. Bake for 9 minutes and then remove from the oven. Finely slice the onions, halve the bacon, and slice the cheese. Place a piece of bacon on each pastry square, then the goat cheese, then top with onion rings. Sprinkle with a little rosemary and a few pine nuts. Finally, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Return to the oven for another 8-10 minutes. Makes 12 pastries. Sounds strange – tastes divine!
