Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 160 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 90 g corn flour or corn semolina
- 2 tsp chili pepper(s), chopped
- 125 g Cheddar, grated
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 125 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 60 g butter, melted
- 2 small bell peppers

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cornflour, chili, and cheese. In a second bowl, combine all liquids and the melted butter. Chop the bell pepper into small pieces. Combine both bowls and the bell pepper. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 20 to 30 minutes.
