Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe, (soft)
  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and peel the skin. Puree the flesh with the vanilla sugar, honey, and milk. Add more sugar, if desired. I like it sweet! Whip the cream and fold in. Place it in the freezer and stir gently again after half an hour. It should be ready in another half hour. If you freeze it whole, it will be quite hard.
