Gnocchi pan with turkey

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi (from the refrigerated counter)
  • 3 spring onions
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp white wine
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 400 g turkey breast or turkey schnitzel
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tsp herbs (frozen)
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 250 ml water

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

a quick, tasty meal

Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, fry the uncooked gnocchi for about 4 minutes, then remove. Cut the meat into thin strips, fry with 1 teaspoon of oil for about 4 minutes, add the spring onions, and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with 250 ml of water, the white wine, and the cream. Bring to a boil, add the processed cheese, and stir in the frozen herbs. Add the gnocchi and heat briefly again. Season with salt and pepper.
