Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, green
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 organic lemon(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash the asparagus and trim the bottom ends. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Peel the garlic. Squeeze half the lemon and thinly slice the other half. Pour the olive oil into a cup, add the garlic and lemon juice. Mix everything together and brush the asparagus on the baking sheet with it. Top with the lemon slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
