Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g Spätzle from the refrigerated section
- 350 g turkey strips
- 200 g mushrooms, brown
- 50 ml cream, approx.
- 150 ml milk, approx.
- 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
- some parsley or chives
- salt and pepper

quick, easy and delicious
Quarter the mushrooms and finely chop the onion. Sear the strips in oil, remove from the pan, and set aside. Then fry the diced onion with the mushrooms. Deglaze with a splash of milk and simmer briefly over medium heat. Add the spaetzle and strips, along with the milk and cream. Toss, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat with the lid closed for about 10 minutes, until everything is nice and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chives to finish, then serve.
