Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pasta, fresh or pre-cooked
- 200 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 200 g broccoli
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 small bunch of spring onions
- 200 g cream or Cremefine
- 1 shot of white wine
- salt and pepper
- e.g. parsley
- e.g. chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Pre-cook the pasta if necessary. Cut the chicken, broccoli, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and the spring onions into rings. Brown the meat. Add the broccoli, pasta, and mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes. Deglaze the pan with a generous splash of white wine, then add the cream and spring onions. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes, or let the sauce reduce slightly. At least until the broccoli is tender. Season the chicken and broccoli pasta generously with salt and pepper and garnish with fresh chives and/or parsley, if desired. This dish contains approximately 550 kcal per serving. The calories refer to one serving with white wine and regular whipped cream. If you replace the whipped cream with, for example, Cremefine 7%, one serving contains approximately 380 kcal per serving.
