Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g wheat flour
  • ½ cube of yeast, fresh
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 ml water, lukewarm

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sift half the flour into a bowl. Make a well in the center and add the crumbled yeast. Add the warm water and a little sugar. Mix everything together and let it rise for 15 minutes. Then add all the remaining ingredients, mix until smooth, and let it rise for another 30 minutes. Bake the waffles in a hot waffle iron. They taste best fresh, but they also work well cold. Serve with applesauce or fruit salad, for example. These waffles are also delicious on their own.
