Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
- 4 large potatoes, waxy
- 3 large onions
- 15 black olives, pitted
- 200 g cheese (Harzer or Handkäse)
- 1 pack of streaky bacon, diced
- Salt and pepper, coarsely ground
Instructions

Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet to fill the entire sheet. Peel the potatoes and onions and slice them thinly using a kitchen slicer. Arrange the potato slices on the puff pastry like fish scales. Arrange the onion rings on top. Crumble the hand cheese, halve the olives, and also arrange them on the baking sheet. Then, fry the bacon cubes in a pan (this isn’t necessary) and add them to the pizza. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Be careful with the salt; the bacon is already very salty. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 40-45 minutes.
